I have never had a bad meal or a problem that wasn’t immediately corrected, and the staff are always so nice! Extremely disappointed with the service I received from Denita. The rudeness best fast food restaurants in north carolina lack of customer service was something I have never received at any Chick-fil-A in my many years as a customer and not aligned with the wonderful values I know many of their employees exhibit on a daily basis.
I ordered through the app, waited in my car until I to do near asheville nc in november the notification it was ready, then when I went inside to look at the bags to find my name on the pick up station, she quickly snatched the bags away from me and told me to wait.
I apologized and kindly tried explaining I was just looking for my name, but I was met with a curt response. I understand the Village District Chick-fil-A might have different pick up protocols than others, but at least provide friendly service while explaining that. My order was only a pick up order through the app that was ready, so I can’t imagine caroina my experience would be if she had been helping me in any other longer capacity.
Conveniently right near campus, but I’ll never go here again. The drive thru is the slowest of any Chick-fil-A I’ve ever best fast food restaurants in north carolina to, and when you do get your food they probably will have forgotten half of it. The employees look like they don’t restsurants and move with little to no sense of urgency. As someone who has worked at Chicik-fil-A, this store does not at all embody what a Chick-fil-A should be.

Pulled pork wasn’t very flavorful, definitely add the BBQ sauce. Fried chicken was tender and one of the best tasting things but not the best fried chicken ever.
Banana cream pie was best dessert but they were inconsistent I luckily was able to try one that were Goldilock specials «just right». Chocolate cake had a weird texture and not a good flavor. Took one bite and moved on. Staff seemed irritated we wanted to bring the leftovers to feed the homeless. They do have a great space for hosting group events. Slide 1 of 2. Southern restaurant US. Founder Big Ed developed the recipes that the restaurant uses today while preparing meals for workers on his farm.
This place is unique.. Portions are huge and the pan cakes are very big. Omelette with bacon is very tasty with house potatoes on the side and buttery biscuits was an experience. Pancakes are fluffy and tasty, coffe is also refill free. If you are looking for a real local restaurant in Raleigh then Big Ed’s is the place. We used to frequent big Ed back in and our little girl loved talking to Mr.
Ed as she called him. Had not come back since we moved. The NC Mountain Trout was cooked perfection and the breading was amazing.
Husband had the western omelette and it was very good, bacon was crispy just like we asked. Daughter had the country breakfast and everything was delicious. It was huge. If you like sweet tea this is one of the best with amazing ice that makes it even better. The biscuits with molasses is a must and I never pass on the chance for chicken and pastry. Vegetarian restaurant. Brightly painted outpost with a globally inspired menu of thoughtfully sourced, all-vegetarian fare. Eastern Carolina native Chef Caroline Morrison serves up the most incredible vegetarian and vegan food in the entire state of North Carolina at the Fiction Kitchen.

The bright neon green building and funky decor add more flavor to the already delicious meatless options coming out the window. A hidden gem in the Warehouse District of Downtown Raleigh, NC is a vegetarian restaurant that will keep carnivores coming back for more!.
For those of you who despise vegetables, or eating a vegetarian diet, you are a lot like me!. With that being said, I kept an open mind and am sure glad I did. What a great find!
The skillet cornbread was great and I am in love with the Thai skewers. The flavors of everything were so present and tasty. And the truffles and mousse to top it off was superb. My sweet tooth was completely satisfied. I hope to be back in the area soon–I could easily see myself becoming a regular here. Though I didn’t manage to snag a reservation to dine in, the curbside pickup process was SO efficient and friendly, which was great.
I was pleasantly surprised to find a vegan restaurant in Raleigh downtown. I have lived in California and I know how awesome and amazing vegan chicken and meat can be. To be honest the food didn’t matched the Californian vegan restaurant but that’s okay. The food comes really close to best in standard. Probably I would give 4 star to the vegan food they made but I really need to give this place an absolute 5 star to even attempt such a restaurant in place like North Carolina.
When it comes to desert they did a fantastic job of it. I ordered Tres Leches and it was absolutely amazing given it was Vegan. It was a job very well done. Absolutely superb and creative vegan cooking, and I’m not even remotely vegetarian.
Best dish of chicken and waffles in town. Decadent chocolate mousse that I would have sworn had dairy in it, but it didn’t. Happy to eat here and I don’t miss the meat one bit! Collaborate with friends in real time Plan along with your friends with live syncing and collaborative editing. Visit us or call for more information. Gave the 2. Drive thru speaker doesn’t work because she couldn’t understand a word I was saying not her fault. Also added 5pc French toast too because 3pc was like 50 cents less..
Last but not least, they no longer sell milk, and will CHARGE you 10 cents for ice water, even if youre a paying customer. Dumbest thing I ever heard. Quality was okay but presentation was a negative. Also, how do you forget cheese on a sandwich? Ya got 1 job homey. Tried calling the place after getting to work and of course, no one answers and there’s no way to leave a message. Place needs serious help.. Answer: no. It’s fast food. Ordered twice from here. Both times online. Both times got order wrong, and also didn’t include everything in order.
Once was told they didn’t have what I wanted so they decided I wanted something else. Place was dirty. No face masks when posted sign «required» them. Take down false safety advertising you losers!
Workers probably aren’t paid enough to live. Do your part good people of America and never, ever buy fast «food»! How on earth can they call themselves a fast food restaurant when I go through the drive-thru just to be gestured to park on the side of the restaurant.
It had taken 40 minutes to wait for 2 simple burgers. What could the staff possible be doing other than avoiding their job responsibilities?! South American restaurant. Stop into Guasaca soon for our famous arepas, local ingredients, and unique South American flavor!. Guasaca was born out of the belief that it is possible to offer food that is delicious, affordable, fresh, If you are looking for something different and more cultural, then look no further than Guasaca.
It is a South American restaurant located in west Raleigh. Guasaca is an arepa and salsa grill. Great food, great service! At this time August 20, face masks are required inside. My son and I stopped on for lunch today.
Although there was a line when we arrived, it moved quickly. Good selection of South American food. I got the Arepa with shredded chicken.
My son got a rice bowl, also with shredded chicken. Portion sizes are decent. They also have outside seating. So much food for an amazing price! I like to customize my bowl and the ingredients are always delicious and fresh! The staff is also super nice and they move quickly and are generous with toppings! Food is always delicious, however this visit I placed my order for curbside pickup, as it’s my birthday and I had pets and children in the vehicle, and it did not go well.
The phone number I was told to call upon arrival via my confirmation wasn’t answered 3 times, so I had to pay to park, and go inside. Then the order wasn’t ready, and lastly I had to wait as if I was in line anyways. Why have the convenience of curbside pickup if you have to go in and wait in line anyways?
Why have a phone number if it’s not going to be answered? Not cool, Guasaca, not cool at all. Italian restaurant. If you are someone who loves Italian food, we highly recommend Bella Monica. It’s one of the best Italian Restaurants in Raleigh, hands down. We decided to grab a nice glass of wine and some lunch here after a trip to the art museum.
We were thrilled with the find because they had an extensive gluten free menu. And the majority of it was also vegetarian too, which was perfect for me. We ended up splitting 3 different dishes and 1 liter of Pinot Grigio. All were delightful and extremely tasty. The restaurant was a bit dark for our liking, but other than that one minor complaint, everything was fantastic. We will definitely be back again soon!
Make sure to reserve a table beforehand because they can get really busy. We were seated, ordered, served our food, ate, and left within about an hour which was great. Definitely recommend! Calzone for him and eggplant rollatini V for me. Service was fast and friendly. Great ambience and plenty of wine choices. Accidentally came in front the back door.
We are monitoring all local, state and federal regulations to provide customers with contactless ordering options. If I could give -5 Stars I would. The woman behind the counter was so rude. I was nothing but respectful and smiling and she gave many orders in front of mine before she got mine and all I had was too small items and these other people had way more items than me.
Only eat here if it’s a last resort like I had to. On another note you will get asked for money several times and you will see a variety of different people bathing in the bathroom. Good luck if you decide to go here. Love the lady in the morning at the 1st window. She’s always friendly! The night staff.. Young people.. I ordered a twenty piece nugget. They only gave me 2 sauces. The manager, young girl who work at night was literally trying to make me pay for extra sauce.
I said girl are you serious 20 nuggets and only 2 sauces. Stop being ridiculous. Go through this all the time at this location or get home and items are missing: whole meal no fries, Uber eats never have my drinks. Hot mess! Come on young people.. Today I experience bad servicing. Sorry to say it like this but an old lady that was at the cash registered that took my order.
Through my order my bag with her hands that she was grabbing money with that could have been infected with covid I do not appreciate that kind of service not with this pandemic she should stay in the cash register and only in the cash register handling the money not the food. Really nice coffee shop. The oat milk latte was perfectly prepared with beautiful latte art. The food was quite good. Everything was fresh and yummy. Highly recommend the donuts which are made to order.
Super cute inside, too. A bustling local coffee shop with artisan roasters and a small but tasty selection of food. I really enjoy their Specialty pour over coffee.
Good vibe and energy inside with a homey outdoor seating area. The staff was SO friendly!!! I would recommend this place to anyone!! My friend and I were visiting NC and went to another place to eat but the wait was over an hour. The staff was phenomenal. They were so friendly and fun. The music was amazing. It was such a great vibe. Everyone was eating, talking and just having a good time. Everything went smooth from ordering in the app, to getting the, food and paying. Such a cool system as they are a cashless business.
I definitely recommend. The food was very tasty. We loved the flavor of each different taco. The salsas and aguacate were very good. Combine those with a cozy outdoor seating with heaters on cold days was fabulous. We will return! Excellent tacos and exceptional service as usual. We showed up at peak dinner hour on a Friday night, but the staff were hustling to keep plates and drinks coming. I especially appreciated the bar tender guidance on ordering a virgin margarita since my a recent change in medication prevents me from enjoying alcohol.
He served up an amazing mocktail dupe to meet my craving. Our favorite tacos are the pork belly, sesame rib eye, and the fried avocado, but you cannot make a poor choice. The ordering system makes it simple to customize your order.
This place definitely sets the bar high. Thank you for another delicious meal. We’ll definitely be back! Peruvian restaurant. Delicious chicken, big portions and authentic flavors. The green sauce is the best. It goes perfect with the chicken and tostones. We enjoyed our experience and the service is fantastic, quick and easy. Place looked clean and waiting time wasn’t long at all.
We’ll be coming back for sure!! This place used to have the best food in Raleigh to the point to where I used to eat there as many as times a week. Unfortunately, recently the quality and taste of the food has not been as great as it used to be.
One time I got there around pm and they were already out of chicken! A chicken restaurant out of chicken! The chicken was undercooked and has a very bad taste to the point where I threw more than half of my plate away. I hope someone can put some order and bring back the best tasting chicken in town. This is the first time I ordered from this place and I was amazed how good the food is. It was clean and friendly people. The food tasted great the chicken was tender and moist, I had the dark meat and then my husband had the white meat and it’s the best moist and seasoned chicken.
I enjoy the food from Sonic. While the name itself may tell you everything you need to know about this Southern establishment, you’ll really have to experience it for yourself to know what the hullabaloo is really about. For a classic Bojangles’ experience, you have to order the chicken fingers, a country ham biscuit, or a piece or two of their crunchy, salty fried chicken.
I’ve written previously about my love and devotion for Cook Out — and I still have yet to find a fast-food chain with the same amazing quality and low prices. At Cook Out , the more you order, the better the deal. Burgers go up to a «huge» size and come in a variety of signature styles ranging from barbecue to burgers topped with homemade chili and slaw.
Sides also aren’t limited to your standard fries or salad. At Cook Out, sides include chicken nuggets, wraps, onion rings, quesadillas, and even a corn dog. Not to mention, the fast-food chain also serves up more than 40 flavors of milkshakes that are so thick and creamy, you’ll probably need a spoon to eat them.
While Chick-fil-A is steadily expanding to new locations across the country and can now be found in 47 states as well as Washington, DC, it will perhaps always be regarded as a distinctly «Southern» chain. The fast-food favorite, which is headquartered in Atlanta, serves its signature chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and more Monday through Saturday.
Although the restaurant is closed for one whole day every week, it’s been named America’s most beloved fast-food chain. Nothing says breakfast in the South like an old-fashioned biscuit breakfast sandwich. At Biscuitville , you’re not limited to the standard sausage or bacon, egg, and cheese. With Southern specialties like spicy chicken and honey biscuits, fried pork chop biscuits, fried steak biscuits, grits, and — of course — biscuits and gravy, you’re never at a loss for the perfect Southern breakfast.
