Grove Park is only a short drive away. No heat in the 1st room, so I had to change rooms. No grab bars in the shower; I fell, and the staff showed little concern. The room was clean and spacious, with a great floor plan. The staff was friendly. I’d give this place 5 stars. I had a relaxing stay. The hotel was clean. We were pleased with our room, and all the employees were friendly.
The breakfast bar food was delicious, and the attendant was so very pleasant. The hotel was clean and convenient. This is an excellent choice. The room was dirty, and there was food in the fridge from previous guests. The bathroom was infested with roaches. The keys didn’t unlock any of the exterior doors. Don’t stay here. There was no hot water for showers.
Find another place to stay. The price was right. It was old and needed repairs, and there was hair in the shower. The hotel clerk was efficient, but he wasn’t friendly. The room was more than adequate, though the bathroom needed some sprucing up. Nice staff and good breakfast. Hotel room was nice and clean, but the heater was too loud. Front desk clerks were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast, and the attendant was helpful.
I’d stay again. Nice hotel stay. I liked the room, but it was cold and didn’t have any extra pillows. The bathtub was too high and hard to get into for older people. The manager was excellent.
Good coffee bar and TV room. We’d stay here again. The room wasn’t large, but it was laid out well. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooftop pool would be great in summer, and the lobby bar was a lot of fun. The pool table was a nice touch. This was the most pet-friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed in; there were dogs everywhere. This was our 2nd stay here, and we had another good experience. The staff was highly attentive. If you’re looking for a quiet Asheville experience, this hotel may not be for you.
Amazing hotel with lots of activity and excellent personnel. It was quite pet-friendly and had great amenities. I loved the open space in the lobby. Not suitable for people wanting peace and quiet. Convenient to good restaurants.
